You have a Unicode key to register you on server PROFILSCAN to do your assessment

When can I use this access :

I have receive a Unicode key to start an assessment.

Warning: Your key will give you access to the registration form one time only (single usage), so you must complete this entire form the first time you visit, because you won't be able to come back to the registration form later. Please also note that your Unicode Key has an expiry date, so if this date is approaching, please register immediately. You can complete the assessment later (personal access codes will be created for you when you register).
